Change of ownership of ERCON
Erwin Jansen, a seasoned ERCON employee, has decided to run the business as an entrepreneur.
The acquisition has already been completed by a notary. One of the conditions of the acquisition for him was that Erik Smidt, the founder of ERCON, had to remain connected to the company as an advisor. Due to various circumstances, Erik has indicated that he no longer wishes to work every day. ERCON is one of those companies he will continue to advise on a broad range of topics.
Erwin has been employed at ERCON since April 2013 and has become an important player in the organization over the years. Moreover, ERCON's customers know him as someone who always puts their needs first.
